Our Story
CUSTOMPACK TECH runs a flexible packaging factory that has been in production since 2003. We handle specification, sampling, compliance documentation and shipping — one partner from first enquiry to delivered cartons.
We stayed inside one category on purpose: flexible plastic packaging. That focus is why we can advise you on film structure, barrier level and seal layer without guessing — and why our reprints match your first order.

Production Capacity
Nine lines covering printing, lamination, curing, slitting and bag-making — around 6 million bags per month.
- 3 × 10-color rotogravure printing lines
- 2 × dry lamination + 1 × solvent-free lamination line
- 4 × bag-making lines (stand-up, 8-side seal, 3-side seal, spout)
- In-house QC lab: seal strength, OTR, MVTR, drop and leak testing

What is your MOQ?
5,000 pcs per design. Mixed designs in one shipment are possible — ask us how to combine them.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We provide a free digital mock-up and dieline, and can send physical samples of similar bags by courier at your cost. A pre-production sample of your own design is available after cylinder charges are settled.
Are your materials food-grade and certified?
All food-contact films, inks and adhesives are food-grade virgin materials, backed by our resin suppliers’ compliance statements. With every order we issue a declaration of compliance naming the regulation for your market — EU 10/2011 or FDA 21 CFR — and we can arrange third-party migration testing before your first shipment. We are not ISO 9001 or BRCGS certified today; in place of a certificate we give you the material data, a batch-coded traceability record and a factory visit, in person or by video.
